Thanks, but I'm actually kinda diggin' the 50 thing. Now I kinda sort of feel like a grown up! Not!
As for Alaska, you are right...I'm falling in love with it. It's so friggin beautiful, the people are so nice, and from a spotter's perspective, quite righteously awesome!
The sun sets? I haven't noticed! I took a picture of myself on my balcony last night at midnight, and didn't even use the flash! It's kinda crazy cool like that, but I guess you already know that!
I've got a couple thousand more pics to download from just today, finally saw a bull moose up close, got my ride on a Caravan floatplane, and met a bunch of other spotters from around the world at the airport. Another full day and it's only 6:00PM!

Wow, I was waiting for one, actually...just missed it! I was talking to some of the locals and they said they are fairly frequent. I did go to Earthquake Park, which is a huge area that subsided during the great 1964 quake.
