02-9111 (cn 19581) This E-8 JSTARS (Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System) finished aerial refueling over Parkersburg, WV and headed toward Columbus. I was lucky enough to catch it making a few approaches into Rickenbacker before heading to Wright Patterson for more approaches. It is seen here practicing a landing without the #4 engine as easily seen from the amount of left rudder and smoke of the old and awesome sounding TF33-102C engines.
