Civil Aviation Safety Authority ( Australia) lists it as an Avro 146 - RJ100, so you may be right with the paint distorting the size

Great shot Bill, but boy am I confused. You have this labeled as an RJ100, but it can't be a -100, can it?...it's too long! It looks like a -300 to me, but all the information I can find on this registration also lists it as a -100. There seems to be a lot of confusing information on the web, but I will get to the bottom of it eventually! Maybe the all white paint just makes it look longer? :-/
