N837CA (cn 554) (Repeat Comment) Distance, heat haze, and a runway change conspired against me during the much anticipated arrival of CommutAir's first Dash 8-300 series aircraft. This landing was the conclusion of its six-leg ferry flight all the way from Innsbruck Austria. It routed through Prestwick (PIK), Keflavik (KEF), Narsarsuaq, Greenland (UAK), Goose Bay, Newfoundland (YYR), and Burlington, Vermont (BTV), before arriving in Cleveland this evening.

I know...he surprised everyone when he came in on 28! I was hoping someone would catch its arrival from where you were, but then it pulled a switcheroo on us. I'm hoping to get some up close shots today...wish me luck!

Nuts, nuts, and nuts again! Now I know what landed on runway 28 while I was at the other end of the field catching the action on 6L.
