Yaw dampner I could see, but not mach trim ! Two different axis.

The surface located under the tail cone is a mach trim tab. this is connected to the auto pilot and yam damper system. Most aircraft have this tab, just located at the top of the vertical stabilizer.

Wow, thats looks like a hinged aerodynamic surface on the ventral fin, very unusal!
