Cool. I live in Strongsville and I ride my bike though the parkway 10 miles to get to the airport a few times a week or so. I also discovered the wonders of Zin :). My friend used to work there. Man, too bad we can't get our way to the roof of that building. I saw a couple guys there in the parking lot corner taking pic with SLR's.
Anyway, I got to the airport about 30 minutes before Bush left. I was standing at the entrance to the IX Center with 2 other people. You could see the back of the plane and the motorcade from there. Then two black cars drove over to us from the plane. Then and this huge SWAT team guy covered in full body armor got out walked over to us and joked not to get any closer than where we were. Probably snipers on all the buildings and you would get shot. If I had some binoculars I might have been able to see Bush from there. It was kind of crappy spot to see the plane take off, though.
Also I rode my bike behind IX the day before and you can get a clear view of everything from there but an IX security guard said you can't be there because private property. Maybe they were only strict because Bush was coming the next day who knows. I'll go back someday it's too cool a spot to pass up and who cares when i'm on a bike :). I will scout more areas.
