188759 (cn 0405/A337) Disappointingly, this is the only fighter aircraft on static display at the 2011 Cleveland Air show. Thank goodness for the Canadians! I heard budget cuts have put serious strains on the U.S. military, but other air shows somehow manage to get more then one fighter plane to show up!

I guess if there is only going to be one fighter jet on display, at least it is one which was deployed for combat over Libya this year.

Chuck- I agree with you- ho-hum best sums it up! This is the first time in 40 years that I have voluntarily decided not to go to Sunday's or Monday's show. Just nothing more to be seen, and the ramp looks the same year after year. And no Navy Centennial aircraft!

I'm with you...the static displays, and the show itself, seem to be shrinking every year. I hate to say it, but I was rather disappointed in what is being offered this year. Don't get me wrong...it was nice to see what I saw, but as far as airshows go these days, it was a good bit on the ho-hum side. Nice shot, though!
