Multiple (cn Multiple) With downtown Anchorage in the distance, we see approximately 100 bush planes parked on one of several such ramps at the Lake Hood Strip/Seaplane base adjacent to Anchorage International. Along with the hundreds of fixed gear bush planes, there are at least 700 amphibians and float planes based on the lake itself. The fixed gear planes use a gravel strip on the north side of the lake, the end of which is just visible on the right.

WOW thats really cool. I have never seen so many theres almost 100 in this shot. You can really tell by the over sized tires that these guys fly in to anything.
