163468 / 7 (cn 0691) Blue Angel #7 throttles up towards a semi-permanent aircraft arresting system (barrier) for the first-ever barrier engagement at Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport/ Youngstown Air Reserve Station, OH. The tail-hook is deployed and ready to catch the cable. The barrier was just installed as a safety precaution for military aircraft performing at the Cleveland National Air Show.

You say "semi-permanent", does that mean it's only installed for the show then it gets dismantled?
