And it would take a minimum of one week to get the photos developed! Digital is incredible- if I had it back then, I would have done a full walkaround of the airport taking pictures of everything- planes, ground equipment, buildings, etc.

Yeah, we had to ride our bikes up the the nearest Fotomat drive-up booths to take our film for developing when we were kids. Well, I did at least...

Thanks for the comments- I took that picture when I was 12 years old- been going to the airport ever since I was in a stroller as an infant. My limiting factor back then was paying for film and developing costs, otherwise I am sure I would have shot more pics back then.

I can remember this aircraft being parked over at NASA, but not sure what it was utilized for either.
