Metro Life Flight, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, MedFlight of Ohio, and University MedEvac all assisted in the exercise. Helicopters seen here include MedFlight of Ohio (N527MB), Metro Life Flight (N145PB), and University MedEvac (N117KC & N118WS).
