N651BR (cn 7426) For a brief blip in time, Independence Air entertained the skies and spotters alike around Hopkins with their whimsical livery. Pictured here rolling out on runway 06L, this CRJ went on to fly with Mesa Airlines' Hawaiian division as one of the "go!" aircraft, and with the termination of that contract due in April 2009, it will probably return to the regular Mesa fleet on the mainland.

Funny, I was just reading the old Airways magazine today with the article about ACA becoming Independence. Nice picture
