I thought this was strange too, but only the aircraft which de-iced showed this condensation type effect.

Nice shot. Actually though, I believe that would be the effect of NOT de-icing! A certain amount of frost is allowable on the fuselage, but not the flying surfaces, and I believe that's what we are looking at here. The AeroMag guys can say for sure!
